Indore is the heart as well as the most populous and the largest city of Madhya Pradesh. Indore is the commercial capital of the state and a hub for all major business activities in the Western part of the state. It is also considered as an education hub of the state and has campuses of both the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) and the Indian Institute of Management(IIM). Indore has been selected as one of the 100 Indian cities to be developed as a smart city under the Smart Cities. It has been ranked as India's cleanest city five years in a row as per the Swachh Survekshan for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Indore has also grown exponentially in the hospitality sector with the likes of Courtyard Marriott,The Park, Essentia, Radisson, Fairfield Marriott, The Park, Sheraton Grand, Sayaji and many famous franchises like The Farzi Café, Socials, The Piano Project and the city getting various outlets of Starbucks in the previous year.

IT giants TCS and Infosys have already started with their operations in Indore making way for employment, growth as well as exploration of all sorts. This will see a large inflow of people from all parts of the country and an increase in the demand for real estate.
